Job Description Post : Autocad Draftsman Draftsman Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D/3D technical drawings based on sketched, Specifications and calculations provided. Modify existing drawings & designs to accommodate changes and enhancements. Collaborate with civil & MEP engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Perform site visit and measurements to gather data for design and drafting, Print and distribute drawings as needed and to reflect on ground changes in design documentation. Maintain drawing logs, records and document revisions as per the project requirements. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. Preparation of BOQ, as built documentations and submission documentation for approvals and client presentation. Experience & Qualification Diploma or Bachelors degree in drafting technology or related field 10-15 years experience working in real estate. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet guidelines. Proficiency in Auto Cad (2D/3D) Photoshop, MS office applications. Knowledge of RCC structural detailing Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
