IT Admin Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated IT Admin Trainee (Male) to join our IT department. The trainee will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience in system administration, network management, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support users in resolving IT-related issues (hardware, software, and connectivity).
• Monitor system performance and network security under the guidance of senior IT staff.
• Help manage user accounts, permissions, and data backup procedures.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and IT projects.
• Assist with the setup of new workstations, laptops, and other peripherals.
• Provide technical support for internal events, meetings, and video conferences.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office 365, email configuration, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Good problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning IT systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Punctual, organized, and willing to take initiative.
