Responsibilities
Manage office network:
Switches, routers, WiFi
Desktops, laptops, printers
Fingerprint devices, access control
Setup new employees:
Systems, email, CRM access
Network permissions
Handle:
CCTV, NAS, backups
UPS, power systems
Troubleshoot:
Internet, WiFi, hardware
Software installations
Maintain IT asset inventory
Basic firewall support & escalation to Infra Engineer
Skill Requirements
Windows & basic Linux
Office networking
Hardware troubleshooting
Printer & peripheral management
Asset management
Documentation
KPIs
Zero IT downtime during work hours
