About the Role:-

A Junior IT Administrator provides essential support for a company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, assisting with network administration, and supporting end-users. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, managing IT assets and maintaining documentation. Key Responsibilities:-

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Support:Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• IT Asset Management:Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and asset tagging.
• System Maintenance:
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent knowledge in computer or related field will be Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
