We’re now seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid digital campaigns across platforms and help drive high-quality leads and measurable ROI. Role Overview: As our in-house Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for Chemkart and its subsidiary companies. Your goal will be to generate leads, drive conversions, and maximize digital advertising efficiency across all channels. Key Responsibilities: •Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads •Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ad targeting for lead generation and retargeting funnels •Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates •Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to align creative assets with campaign goals •Launch A/B tests across ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments •Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ad pixels •Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations •Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field •2–5 years of hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) •Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset •Proficient with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Excel/Sheets and AI Tools •Experience with B2B lead generation or industrial/eCommerce marketing is a strong advantage •Ability to work with creative and technical teams to optimize end-to-end campaign performance Nice to Have: •Knowledge of CRM systems and lead nurturing funnels (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) •Experience with marketing automation tools and remarketing workflows •Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Show more Show less

Job Title: IT & Admin Executive Location: Santacruz, Mumbai Experience: 2–4 years Reporting to: HR Manager / Director Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT & Admin Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage the company’s day-to-day IT infrastructure and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT systems, general office administration, vendor management, office supply inventory, and supervising support staff like office boys. Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Infrastructure Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Coordinate with external IT vendors for system maintenance, software licenses, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Ensure data backups, antivirus updates, and security protocols are in place and functioning. Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, printers, routers, etc.). Administrative Operations Manage facility upkeep and coordinate maintenance work as required. Ensure smooth functioning of office services like housekeeping, pantry, electricity, and repairs.
