Key Responsibilities Technical Support : Provide first-level support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. System Setup & Maintenance : Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Network Monitoring : Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity; troubleshoot network issues. User Account Management : Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems and networks. Hardware & Software Maintenance : Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware such as computers, printers, and other IT peripherals; deploy and update software applications. Documentation : Maintain and update technical documentation for configurations and troubleshooting steps. Security Assistance : Assist with IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies. Training & Orientation : Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment. Required Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of network and system administration. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles. Certifications (Optional but beneficial): Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) ITIL Foundation Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
