ISU Billing

Role Description

• Participate in detailed functional design sessions to define solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Document functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects and collaborate with the development team during build activities.
• Configuration & Development Support:
• Perform system configuration for new billing rates and BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) cases.
• Ensure proper integration with related modules such as Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, and Contract Management.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and assist in defect resolution throughout all testing phases.
• Provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth transition to production.
• Knowledge Transfer & Sustainment:

Required Skills & Experience:

•           Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-U Billing module.

•           Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash processes and integration with:

o           Device Management

o           Energy Data Management (EDM)

o           Exception Management (BPEM)

o           Contract Accounting (FI-CA)

o           Contract Management (Move-In/Move-Out)
