Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of existing Ruby-On-Rails backend codebase
Enhance maintainability of the system by remove any unnecessary bloat from the project
Enhance performance of the system and improve fault tolerance
Maintain an informed view of technical debt and the bug backlog within a technology area and establish priorities for code improvement
Maintain good documentation of all work done within the system
Should work day to day with team members and service providers to provide guidance, feedback, and support
Work Experience: 4+ Years
Building small but scalable systems Ability to manage the entire lifecycle of a project Experience troubleshooting and solving complex and large-scale software problems
Strong written and communication skills
Technical Expertise
System Design, Ruby-On-Rails, OOPS, Postgresql Database, RESTful API design
