Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for the U.K. Healthcare domain, your primary responsibility will be to drive business development by initiating sales conversations, qualifying leads, and building the sales pipeline. You will be engaging with prospective clients from hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations in the United Kingdom, showcasing our healthcare solutions and establishing strong professional relationships with key decision-makers. Your role will require exceptional communication skills tailored for the U.K. market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct outbound calling and email outreach to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the U.K. healthcare sector. - Pipeline Development: Nurture early-stage leads and secure qualified meetings or demonstrations for the Senior Sales team. - Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders such as Clinic Managers and Procurement personnel. - Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to address client needs. - CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities, communication history, and lead statuses in the CRM system. - Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activity, call volumes, and conversion rates to the Sales Manager. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Experience: 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2C & B2B Lead Generation, preferably in an international market. - Industry Focus: Strong preference for candidates with prior experience or knowledge of the Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical domain. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to confidently engage U.K. prospects. - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications. - Work Ethic: Highly goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by achieving sales targets. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. **Additional Company Details:** The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund.
