The ISP HR and Data Analytics Specialist plays a key role in enabling strategic, data-driven decision-making across the HR function. This role is responsible for leading HR data analytics and reporting activities, with a strong focus on Workday Reporting. The position supports critical areas including workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation insights, and compliance, while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility through dashboards and analytical tools.

ISP HR and Data Analytics Specialist Key Responsibilities
Workday Reporting Lead Serve as the functional lead for all HR reporting and analytics within Workday. advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet the evolving needs of HR and business stakeholders. Partner with Workday SMEs and Technology team to ensure system configuration supports Provide Workday training and support to HR users, promoting self-service access to data. Data-Driven Insights Deliver timely and meaningful data analysis that support workforce planning, DEI, talent management and compensation decisions. Interpret and visualise complex datasets to support storytelling and business case Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to automate data extraction, trend analysis, and predictive reporting to support proactive decision-making. Lead the design, deployment, and analysis of parent and employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms. Present actionable insights and trends to the HR team and senior leadership to support continuous improvement. Workforce Planning Support Support with creation of forecasting models and analys workforce supply/demand scenarios. Use data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting both short-term and long-term workforce strategy. Reporting and Dashboards
Build and manage HR dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility into key metrics like turnover, headcount, diversity etc. and work with the BI Manager on engagement and exit dashboards and other centralised reporting. Lead the development and maintenance of 360-degree feedback in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to support performance and development efforts. reports and ensure accuracy, and ease of interpretation. Data Governance and Compliance - Work with Group and Regional HR to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all HR data in accordance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Qualifications and experience
Bachelor s degree or apprenticeship in HR, Data or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in HR analytics or data-focused HR roles Demonstrated experience as a Workday Reporting Lead , including building and in Data Bricks, Power BI and excel Proven ability to lead engagement analysis and support on workforce planning data initiatives and HR data strategy
