You will be the Program Manager to prioritize NPI, Sustaining, and Productivity for Oxygen Therapy Platforms and Diagnostic Devices

Your role:

  • Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders (i. e. , R&D Platform Leads, Product Managers, Manufacturing & Service Operations, etc. ) to secure agreement on Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) program goals and priorities to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Defines and monitors the expected deliverables, interdependencies, and program approaches to achieve and improve KPIs related to back-order reduction, on-time delivery (say-do ratio), and customer experience.

  • Analyzes program risks and issues, working with cross-functional core teams to identify and implement appropriate mitigation actions.

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership, maintaining stakeholder partnerships and looking for ways to add value beyond immediate requests, while leveraging skills to negotiate project prioritization.

  • Implements change management strategies to address short-term business changes and re-prioritization, and realize business benefits initiated in the program, exercising judgment and influence on key process decisions within the program and cross-business stakeholders


Youre the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelors/Masters Degree in business management, program management, or a relevant.

  • You have overall 10+ years of experience and 5+ years with program and/or project management
