Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ISBM Assistant Supervisor located in Bhagwanpur. The ISBM Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the ISBM machinery, ensuring production efficiency and quality. They will monitor and manage the performance of the team, maintain production schedules, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and optimal production output. Additionally, they will assist in continuous improvement initiatives and support training efforts to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and supervising ISBM machinery
• Strong understanding of sterile IV fluid production processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in maintaining production schedules and enforcing safety standards
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Experience in regulatory compliance and maintaining quality standards
• Relevant technical or engineering degree is desirable
