Your role and responsibilities

Applies IT knowledge and advanced skills to help solve complex technical or professional activities. A key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, who contributes their specialized knowledge to enhance organizational efficiency and support the organization's vision and strategic direction.

Improve actual set up having CX resources focus on Core IS activities that help to promote Global TEM/Inventory Management /Zero Touch solutions to be used as a single tool for Mobile services.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Understands business needs, identifies, and corrects discrepancies in the design (BUILD) area.
Collaborates with stakeholders and partners to implement business requirements.
Assists in developing and maintaining processes, procedures, standards, and policies that support Mobile Services as a global service.
Take action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, correct malfunctions, calling on other experienced colleagues and external resources to make sure services are delivered in an effective way

Qualifications for the role:

Masters or bachelors degree in technology, computer science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in designing, managing, operating, and improving mobile services strong
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Fluency in English; proficient written and verbal communication skills
Customer focused mind set
Proficient in working collaboratively and effectively with colleagues
Ability to consult Service Owner and Operations Managers with technical advice
