Job Description

We at SAEL hiring for Quality role (Engineer to Assistant Manager Grade) at our Kishangarh Plant, Rajasthan.

Role & responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
Generate non-conformance reports and observation reports, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage the supervision of power and control cable laying and termination, UG cable laying, and OH conductor stringing work.
Prepare quality checklists and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Material And Vendor Management
Track issues arising during inspection, receipt, or erection at the site for early closure.
Conduct internal IMS auditing and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Familiarity with relevant IS/IEC standards for equipment.

Candidate from Solar Industry only are eligible or can apply for the profile.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree/Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
3-10 years of experience in quality management within the solar industry.Extensive knowledge of solar Module/cell product Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
