He will ensure the efficient running of Solar PV Module Plants machines. A great Support Specialist is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training will be provided along with class room training. Willingness to learn and improvement is required. The Job will be in rotational shifts PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Job Responsibility: Trouble shooting of machines for smooth operation activity. Knowledge of various types module manufacturing machines, use of Low Voltage measuring instruments like (Multimeter, Clamp meter, Earth Resistance Tester & other Electrical Instruments) Working knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Sensors, RTD, Thermocouples, Solenoid Valves, Direction control valves Knowledge Contactor & Relay operations Fix issues that might occur during the shift Basic knowledge of Electrical Drawings is an added advantage. Maintain activity logs and required check sheets Work Experience: Proven hands on experience of minimum 2 years in Solar PV Module manufacturing set up. Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery (Stringer, Auto bussing, Laminator & Framing, Sun Simulator etc.) and measurement tools (Vernier calliper, micrometre, multimeter, clamp meter, dial gauge, filler gauge etc.). Understanding of maintenance procedures, 5s and material handling. Knowledge of repairing of Electrical & Electronic Spare Parts will be desirable. Qualification & Certification Required: Education:3years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform: Adherence to health and safety regulations. Ability to read Hindi and English. Analytical skills. Willing to work in shift. Should be Punctual & disciplined and can maintain floor decorum. Attention to detail given by Superiors. Teamwork and communication skills.

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree in C Mechatronics, EE, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering with a consistent academic record of 60% or above. Your primary responsibility will revolve around the planning of Battery pack, Module, and Cell Validation, finalizing Test Specifications, verifying Test data, and coordinating with Suppliers for Testing specs and methodology. To excel in this role, you are required to have 3 to 6 years of experience in the relevant domain with a specialization in Battery component validation. Your experience should also include the creation of test specifications and standards, understanding of Li-Ion Battery Cells and specifications, as well as automotive exposure. Moreover, knowledge of Testing Standards for Cells and Batteries is essential, along with excellent Communication and presentation skills.
