IPO & Compliance Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an Capital Markets Associate is pivotal in the execution of public offerings, ensuring seamless coordination between regulatory bodies and financial advisors. This role requires meticulous documentation management and robust communication with stakeholders to meet stringent timelines and compliances. Collaborating closely with investor relations, the associate contributes to maintaining transparency and trust with potential investors. A successful candidate will efficiently manage regulatory documentation and foster positive relationships with investors and advisors to drive successful market entries.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and consultants for IPO execution
• Prepare, review, and track DRHP/RHP, disclosures, and regulatory filings
• Liaise with SEBI and legal teams for queries, observations, and approvals
• Maintain IPO trackers, timelines, and follow-up schedules
• Collate and validate financial, legal, and business information for filings
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and listing requirements
• Support Investor Relations, including investor data, Q&A, and communications
• Provide regular updates to senior management on IPO progress and risks
• Assist in post-listing compliance and investor communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• IPO : 2 years (Required)
• Capital markets: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CS certification (Required)
• CA certification (Preferred)
