Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for managing the organization’s intellectual property (IP) portfolio and overseeing strategic partnerships to support innovation, research, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end IP lifecycle: idea capture, evaluation, tracking, and renewals.
Coordinate with inventors, legal teams, and external patent attorneys to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
Maintain IP databases, dashboards, and documentation.
Identify and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research institutes, and innovation ecosystems.
Handle partner onboarding, agreements (NDAs/MoUs), governance meetings, and performance tracking.
Support internal innovation programs, campaigns, and IP awareness initiatives.
Monitor competitor IP trends and assist with prior-art searches or Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of patent processes and IP management.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Technical or legal background preferred (Engineering/Science/Law).
Knowledge of IP, innovation, and partner/vendor management roles.
