IP Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

• Update room-wise census as per admission and discharge protocols
• Conduct patient bill assessment on a daily basis with IP billing team for all in-patients and initiate advance deposit augmentation wherever the bill exceeds the credit limit
• Co-ordinate with all departments for discharge functions leading to timely patient bill raising
• Follow TAT for cash and insuarnce billing (Cash - 2 hours, Insurance - 4 hours)
• Superviser Floor Coordinators / PRE and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error in patient requirements
• Develop, recommend, and implement changes in department policies and procedures as appropriate to enhance IP services
• Leave & roster management of IP PRE
• MIS reports - MRD, Feed back, admission discharge statistics
• Inventory management for inpatient rooms
• Maintain Admission, Discharge and Billing Register
• Collect and analyse IP patient feedback
• Co ordinate with PRE for post discharge follow up calls
