IoT Tester

Requirements

• Component Testing: Conduct thorough testing and validation of various PC hardware components, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, HDDs/SSDs, power supplies, and graphics cards, to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.

• 
  System Assembly & Configuration: Perform basic assembly and disassembly of PC systems for testing and diagnostics.

• 
  Operating System Management: Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux operating systems for testing environments and system validation.

• 
  Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

• 
  Documentation: Documentation of Hardware specification and tracking of PC systems, components, and peripherals.

• 
  Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and issues. Report non-conformance and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality.

• 
  Learning & Adaptation: Demonstrate a strong zeal to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to evolving PC hardware and software.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 
  Degree or Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking

• 
  In-depth Hardware Knowledge: Very good understanding of the function, specifications, and interoperability of core PC hardware components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage devices, etc.).

• 
  Technical Proficiency: Basic, practical experience with PC hardware assembly and configuration.

• 
  OS Expertise: Well-versed with Operating System installation and basic configuration for both Windows and Linux environments.

• 
  Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to perform effective troubleshooting for both PC hardware and software issues.

• 
  Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and clear communication abilities.

• 
  Mindset: A strong desire and enthusiasm to rapidly learn and apply new technical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• 
  Experience with automated testing tools or scripting.

• 
  Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI configuration and firmware updates.
