Job Description

You will be part of a multinational, people-focused enterprise serving a diversified industry range with a broad range of products and services. Your responsibilities will include managing customer complaints, analyzing and resolving quality issues, handling non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, you will maintain quality documentation, report inspection results, analyze root causes of defects, and participate in internal and client audits. We are looking for candidates with a higher education background in a technical field. Fluency in English for business communication is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Practical knowledge in quality concepts such as FMEA, Ishikawa Diagram, statistical tools, and Lean Manufacturing (6S) will be required. Being open to teamwork, customer-oriented, and possessing strong communication and organizational skills are also important attributes for this role.
