As a Project Manager Automotive Camera (m/f/d) in an international company, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow personally within a great network. Your main responsibilities will include steering and leading Camera Monitoring System (CMS) projects, taking technical and functional responsibility for the project team, and leading the global project team across various locations. You will conduct projects while considering existing company processes such as development, project, change, quality, cost, and data management, as well as relevant automotive standards like IATF 16949, ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 2007. Developing suitable strategies for planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling within the project, managing department-specific KPIs, and driving the change and risk management processes will be essential parts of your role. Additionally, you will support continuous process improvement initiatives. To be considered for this role, you should have a completed degree in software/electronic development or a similar field such as industrial engineering with a focus on automotive. Relevant work experience in the automotive supplier industry, experience in project management including interdisciplinary team leadership, solid knowledge and years of experience in coordinating complex hardware and software product development projects including mechanical components, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in German and English languages both in written and verbal communication are required. Willingness to travel is also expected.,
