Job Description

Ensure that all client invoices are produced correctly for both regular and complex billing. accordance with week after week finance cutoff times.
Responsible for making sure all bills are sent out on schedule and in compliance with the contract.
Responsible for resolving enquiries within agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
Develop, maintain, and develop positive relationships with business lines at all levels, while ensuring that processes are properly communicated.
Financial analysis and ad hoc reporting via tools that can be used both internally and externally.
Assisting clients in converting to an e-billing system.
Checking the format of the client's invoices and the address requirements.
Reconciliations of self-billing accounts and inter-company accounts must be precise and timely.
Adopt and demonstrate the company's core principles in providing customer-focused service in accordance with the FSSC vision.
Ensure a culture of effective working relationships, close collaboration and communication is developed and maintained across all finance teams.
Customer complaints should be handled in accordance with the company's complaints policy.
To obtain lost remittances, contact clients via written and verbal conversation.
Provide proactive support when new processes or software are being tested.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all client setups are right and in accordance with business rules.
To create and print sales invoices in accordance with the Billing Calendar.
