Job Description

You are a dedicated and ambitious professional looking to join candi, a leading solar partner transforming the renewable energy sector in Asia and Africa. As a General Manager Invoicing & Collections, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of solar energy with creativity, innovation, and a fresh perspective. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading and nurturing the invoicing and collection team, overseeing the monthly invoice generation process in collaboration with other departments, and developing effective collection strategies for both secured and unsecured assets. Monitoring and optimizing invoicing efficiency, cash flow, and collection performance will be essential, along with ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws and managing legal aspects related to litigations and asset recovery. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, backed by 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role within collections, preferably in a Collection Services Company or a Lender. Strong leadership skills, expertise in financial calculations, outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations are key requirements. Additionally, experience in process analysis, design, change management, and familiarity with digital tools will be beneficial, with a background in the solar or energy industry considered a plus.
