Investor Relation

In capital markets accounting advisory services (IR team) at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.The role blends financial analysis, strategic communication, and stakeholder management providing a unique platform to shape how companies engage with the investment community.

Experience Required - 3 to 5 years

Location - Mumbai / Delhi-NCR

Job Responsibilities -

• Serve as a key liaison between clients and capital-market stakeholders, including institutional investors and sell-side analysts
• Develop high-quality investor communication materials such as quarterly earnings documents, investor presentations, strategic press releases, and regulatory disclosures
• Analyse financial statements, operational KPIs, and valuation metrics
• Track and evaluate changes in the shareholding ownership and stock movement of the client
• Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and market intelligence to provide timely updates to the client
• Track, analyse and summarise research notes on the client and the peers

Facilitate investor and analyst interactions, including NDRs, conference participation, and targeted outreach

• Capture and analyse investor/analyst feedback to inform communication strategy and strengthen market positioning
