Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and align with the

• Research and analyze the

  market, competitors, and industry trends

  to identify potential opportunities.
• Promote and present real estate products and investment opportunities in a

  professional and structured manner

• Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with

  channel partners, brokers, and clients

  through regular interactions (in person, phone, and email).
• Conduct

  cold calling, client meetings, and presentations

  to generate new business.
• Serve as a

  point of contact

  between the company and existing/potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalize

  agreements, deals, and partnerships

  in line with company objectives.
• Address client

  objections effectively

• Provide insights on

• Track sales performance and contribute to achieving
