Investment Banking Analyst - Consumer/ Industrial

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.

• Manage due diligence processes, communications and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research, and company analysis within consumer and Industrial industry.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
• Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
• Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Post graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and Industrial transactions
• Solid understanding of the consumer and Industrial sector
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English is a must
