Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and monitor vehicle movement across hubs within the city to ensure timely transfers and availability.
Oversee key management processes, ensuring proper documentation and accountability for all vehicle keys.
Coordinate and track hub-to-hub movement of vehicles to maintain balanced fleet distribution.
Perform vehicle reconciliation by maintaining accurate records of vehicle status, availability, and location.
Manage new car delivery processes, including inspection, documentation, and handover to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor GPS tracking and maintenance, ensuring all vehicles are active, compliant, and properly tracked.
Coordinate car stickering and branding activities, ensuring all vehicles meet company standards before deployment.
Maintain updated records and reports on fleet movement, availability, and operational performance.

Work closely with operations, logistics, and support teams to resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (3–5 years) in inventory management, fleet management, or logistics operations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using GPS tracking systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
