Job Description

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that staff are well-supervised, inventory is tracked and managed efficiently, and customer satisfaction is maintained. You will work closely with various team members and over e-commerce platforms to meet sales targets and maintain high operational standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, including online orders, and ensuring efficient workflow. You will manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Maintaining and managing inventory levels, including ordering and stock control, will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and handle customer complaints and queries professionally. Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets will also be part of your duties. You will be required to prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock, manage cash handling, including cash register operations and reconciliations, and implement promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, along with proven experience in a retail management role. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be able to multitask and work under pressure, have knowledge of retail management software and the Microsoft Office suite, and possess a typing speed of a minimum of 30wpm. Any software knowledge of Unicommerce/Easycom/Vinclumn Solutions, Tally, Tally Prime will be advantageous. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are also required. Desired skills for this position include basic knowledge of E-commerce Management, Returns Management, Online Claims approval for wrong/damaged products, Retail Management, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Team Leadership, Sales Strategies, Microsoft Office, Communication, Problem-Solving, Vendor Coordination, and Cash Handling. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and paid sick time. The schedule will involve day shifts with weekend availability, and the work location is in person.,
