Job Description

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Good command of MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical verifications.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of inventory.
Monitor stock levels and generate alerts for low or excess stock.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with purchase and sales departments to plan inventory requirements.
Minimize stock discrepancies and losses through effective control measures.
Maintain ERP/Excel records and update transactions on time.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company inventory policies.
Supervise loading/unloading and ensure proper documentation (GRN, challans, invoices, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
