Job Description

What Youll Do

Maintain accurate stock levels across multiple warehouses and channels.
Manage SKU-wise and unique serial number–based inventory tracking.
Oversee GRN, stock transfers, and stock reconciliation activities.
Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.
Track defective, exchange, and refurbished product movements accurately.
Manage multi-warehouse operations including allocation, transfers, and order fulfillment optimization.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and warehouse partners to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.

Must Haves

Prior experience with Unicommerce, Microsoft D365, and Shopify.
Familiarity with multi-warehouse models, D2C and B2C operations, and marketplace integrations.
Understanding of unique serial number tracking systems.
Prior experience in returns management and third-party warehouse coordination.

Preferred:

Experience working with EBO/FOFO retail models.
Exposure to footwear, apparel, or lifestyle product categories.
