Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Coordination & Delivery Management

  • Coordinate daily with onsite vendors to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Monitor SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, and FTR performance.
  • Resolve vendor issues in coordination with internal teams.

2. Procurement Support

  • Assist in timely procurement and delivery of materials as per PR terms.
  • Ensure on-time GRN and alignment with procurement processes.

3. Logistics Vendor Development

  • Identify and onboard qualified logistics vendors (min. 3 per category/location).
  • Provide new vendor options within 7 days of business team requests.

4. Vendor Governance

  • Conduct regular vendor governance meetings and close issues within TAT.
  • Identify performance gaps and coordinate necessary training.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain updated contracts, warranties, procurement files, and vendor documents.
  • Submit MIS reports and ensure SOP compliance across operations.
