Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
  
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely updating of stock registers/ERP.
  
• Monitor inward and outward materials with proper documentation (GRN, Issue Slip, Return Slip).
  
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
  
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, stacking, and storage as per standards.
  
• Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and logistics for material flow.
  
• Track minimum stock levels and raise material requisition on time.
  
• Verify material quality and quantity at the time of receipt.
  
• Handle scrap materials and maintain scrap records.
  
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
  
• Supervise store helpers and ensure smooth daily operations.
  
• Prepare and share MIS reports such as stock summary, consumption reports, and variance reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with company processes and audit requirements.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field).
  
• Experience:

  8 - 12 years

  in store management, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Good knowledge of

  ERP systems / MS Excel

  .
• Strong understanding of material handling procedures.
  
• Ability to monitor stock levels, reduce variances, and prevent material shortages.
  
• Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
  
• Ability to lead and supervise store staff.
  
• Candidate must be

  responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented

  .
• Preferably from

  manufacturing / engineering / fabrication

  industry background.
