Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, your role involves supervising store operations and inventory control, coordinating with production to align schedules with commercial goals, and handling vendor management including negotiation, onboarding, and performance. You will also oversee purchases to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, lead store and commercial teams for daily operations, and ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports on commercial performance, budgeting, and cost control, reviewing Purchase Orders (POs) with the sales team, processing tax invoices as per GST and other regulations, coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment and delivery tracking, and liaising with internal teams to support overall business operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Store operations and accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management In this role, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid sick time.
