Job Overview:

We are looking for Zoho Certified Interns who have a strong foundation in Zoho applications and ERP tools. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and other Zoho products while working on real-time business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, customization, and implementation of Zoho applications based on business requirements.
• Work closely with project teams to support Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
• Help configure workflows, automation, and integrations within Zoho tools.
• Support data migration, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in Zoho applications.
• Conduct testing and ensure smooth functionality of Zoho-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and ERP system enhancements.
• Document processes, user guides, and provide training support for Zoho applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Zoho Certification in any relevant module (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Zoho ERP solutions, API integrations, and database management.
• Knowledge of business automation, workflow management, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting and automation.
• Understanding of SQL, API integrations, and cloud computing.
• Prior experience in Zoho-related projects or internships.
