Soft Imaging Technology is a creative and manufacturing company based in Noida, with over 13 years of experience. We specialize in helping businesses—startups and corporates alike—build their visual identity through web design, printing, packaging, advertising, and promotional production.

We are currently hiring for an Internship position in Visual and Marketing Communication to support our sales and branding team with creative content and client communication.

Role Overview

This internship is ideal for a graduate who wants to apply their creative and communication skills in a practical business setting. You will assist in preparing presentations, promotional material, and visual content that supports our marketing and sales team. The role also includes content support and client communication for ongoing and new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating presentations, brochures, and basic visual communication material for client outreach
• Support the team with follow-ups on leads from platforms like Justdial and IndiaMART
• Help prepare proposals and sample decks for specific industries such as real estate, pharma, or retail
• Contribute to writing and designing email content, social media posts, and basic internal communication
• Collaborate with the marketing team during campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Maintain basic records for follow-ups and assist with coordination between sales and production teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of visual branding, layout, color theory, and brand messaging
• Ability to understand business goals and create sales-driven visuals
• Hands-on experience with Illustrator, Photoshop (any 2+ tools)
• Strong writing and communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Understanding of print production, packaging design, and B2B communication
• Organized, creative, and deadline-driven

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of branding and visual design
• Ability to create marketing materials using tools like Canva or PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Familiarity with print or packaging is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn, stay organized, and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Marketing Communication, Advertising, Design, or Mass Communication
• Internship, freelance, or academic project experience preferred
