This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, with a focus on telephonic communication for hiring and employee outreach.   Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Conduct telephonic calls to candidates for job openings, explain job details, and schedule interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. Support on boarding and documentation processes of new hires. Assist in day-to-day HR activities, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Coordinate with internal teams and follow up with candidates to ensure smooth communication. Handle basic employee queries over calls and emails, escalating when necessary. ·    Skills & Competencies:Good verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/other relevant languages]. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to candidates or employees professionally. Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
