Internship Trainee

We are seeking an experienced candidate to oversee planning and inventory management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory strategies, ensuring inventory accuracy and managing the planning process to optimize production and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have a

proven track record in planning and inventory management, strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stock-outs.

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels and performance to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate forecasting of stock requirements and timely availability of stocks.

• Coordinate with other departments for all activities such as shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and expediting goods.

• Preparing reports detailing inventory levels and other supply chain related data as needed.

• Manage inventory levels by timely ordering of goods when supplies are low.

• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for streamlining the supply chain.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
