Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internship Trainee based in Chennai. The Internship Trainee will assist with day-to-day tasks aligned with their assigned department, which may include research, data analysis, report preparation, and process improvement initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with teams to support project goals and participating in hands-on training to develop technical and professional competencies.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis, problem-solving, and industry-related tools or software.
• Analytical and organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to approach tasks systematically, and adapt to new challenges.
• Collaboration and communication skills: Effective teamwork, verbal and written communication abilities for cross-functional coordination.
• Motivated attitude: Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and demonstrate an aptitude for developing practical skills in a professional environment.
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the automotive industry and an interest in process improvement or automobile manufacturing will be an added advantage.
