Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operator role located in Bengaluru. The Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment or machinery required for production processes. Tasks include assembly, quality checks, maintenance of production standards, and reporting any operational issues to relevant departments. The role also requires maintaining adherence to safety and quality guidelines and supporting the team with process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in operating machinery, equipment handling, and basic machine maintenance
Knowledge in understanding work instructions, production schedules, and process documentation
Basic understanding of quality checks and troubleshooting production issues
Commitment to safety protocols and workplace safety measures
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant industry experience is a plus
