Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internship Trainee role located in Mumbai. The Internship Trainee will assist in planning, designing, and executing events, including performing administrative tasks and venue coordination. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing proposals, organizing materials, collaborating with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting the team in delivering extraordinary and seamless events. The individual will gain hands-on experience in the event planning and management process within a dynamic and creative environment. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle event planning tasks and meet deadlines effectively Effective communication skills (written and verbal) for client interactions, vendor coordination, and team collaboration Knowledge or interest in event design, production, and project coordination is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities A passion for creating memorable experiences and events Previous experience or coursework in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
