Role Description

This is an internship role based on-site at Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara, perfect for gaining professional experience in a dynamic hospitality environment. Intern responsibilities may include assisting with daily operations, engaging with guests to ensure a superior experience, supporting event planning and coordination, and learning about various departments like front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel management.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
• Enthusiasm for learning about hotel operations and providing exceptional guest experiences
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospitality industry software is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a relevant field
