Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Market & Competitive Research: Analyze outsourcing markets to discover growth opportunities and industry trendssupporting BLSs strategic expansion.
Lead gen & Outreach Support: Assist in identifying and engaging with top management decision makers for business.
Proposal & Pitch Prep: Help develop tailored proposals and presentation materials that articulate BLS’s value to potential clients.
CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain client outreach data in CRM systems; monitor progress of ongoing BD initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Support relationship-building efforts with travel agents, embassies, and diplomatic missions—help prepare meeting briefs and follow up actions.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on KPIs such as leads generated, client contacts made, and outreach outcomes.
Admin & Logistics Assistance: Help coordinate team schedules, prepare event logistics, and assist colleagues with routine BD admin tasks.
