As an intern, you will support HR Business Partners by managing day-to-day HR admin and lifecycle related activities, leveraging data for decision-making, contributing to HR projects and initiatives, and being an ambassador of the intern community. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting HRBPs and managing day-to-day HR admin and lifecycle related activities from onboarding to exit - Leveraging and analyzing data to support the HR Business Partners to make decisions - Contributing to HR projects and initiatives (e.g., Engagement, wellbeing, DEI or other initiatives that are eager to contribute to) - Being an ambassador of the intern community, managing the community and driving intern engagement initiatives and events Qualifications Required: - Studying/studied business administration or psychology or social sciences, or law at WO/HBO University - Previous experiences in HR are a plus, but not a must - Excellent level of English - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Open-minded, easy to connect with, hands-on, eager to structure and optimize processes, creative, analytical, and have a true passion for HR (Note: No specific additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
