HR Internship - Gain Valuable Experience & Earn Internship Certificate (4-hour Shifts per day!)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team! This internship is a fantastic opportunity for postgraduate students pursuing careers in HR to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a growing company.

About the Internship:

• Duration : Minimum 1 month (part-time, 4-hour shifts available)
• Benefit : internship, but a valuable Internship Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion.
• Bonus : Performance-based bonuses will be paid as we recognize your contributions.
• Mode of work : Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Participate in onboarding new hires (orientation sessions, paperwork completion)
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Help organize and coordinate company events and training sessions
• Research HR best practices and contribute to process improvements
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
