About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resource and value driven Intern to join our team. This role offers

Training and hands-on experience in managing HR , creating engaging content, and

learning for a multi-industry business service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Staffing Intern
• Posting job advertisements
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
• Scheduling interviews
• Coordinating onboarding for new hires
• ISO mails/ process formulations
• Lead Generation

Key Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of platforms ( LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Found it, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
• Creating digital content.
• Canva Creative content creation.
• Video editing skills for short-form content.
• Excellent communication skills, with a particular English

style and tone.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and

documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Graduation degree/ MBA HR or a related field.
• Passion for HR ways of working.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
