Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing Intern Posting job advertisements Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates Scheduling interviews Coordinating onboarding for new hires ISO mails/ process formulations Lead Generation Key Skills & Tools Strong understanding of platforms ( LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Found it, Instagram, Facebook etc.) Creating digital content. Canva Creative content creation. Video editing skills for short-form content. Excellent communication skills, with a particular English style and tone. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Graduation degree/ MBA HR or a related field. Passion for HR ways of working. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and writing skills. Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
