Experience Required: 3+ Years (E-commerce sector preferred)💼 Employment Type: Full-Time💰 Competitive Salary | Performance Incentives | Growth OpportunitiesKey Responsibilities:🔹 Social Media Marketing (SMM): – Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. – Manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms. – Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance metrics. 🔹 Performance Marketing: – Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads. – Conduct A/B testing, improve ad ROI, and reduce acquisition costs. 🔹 Website Management: – Oversee website re-development, UX/UI improvements, and CRO. – Coordinate with developers/designers for timely execution. 🔹 SEO & Google Tools: – Plan and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page). – Setup and manage Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. 🔹 Creative & Visual Content: – Supervise the creation of image/video ads, product creatives, banners, and promotional graphics. – Coordinate with creative teams or design yourself, if skilled. Required Skills & Experience:✔ Proven track record with 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably with an e-commerce/D2C brand. ✔ Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and eCommerce analytics. ✔ Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS tools. ✔ Ability to ideate and direct compelling visual creatives and video content. ✔ Excellent understanding of Google Merchant Center, keyword research, and performance metrics. Preferred:Knowledge of email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), affiliate marketing, and influencer outreach. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
