Keep customers updated about their orders.Resolve customer complaints/queries quickly and efficiently.Provide updates on customer demands and requirements.Coordinate with the operations, sales, and production teams.Manage invoicing, oversee customer shipments, and handle billing-related tasks.Ensure customer satisfaction.Follow up on payments.Coordinate logistics for product delivery.Experience in logistics coordination.Ability to coordinate with different departments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel.Strong email drafting skills.Proven experience as a CRM in the manufacturing industry.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
