Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and/or outbound international sales calls
Pitch products/services to international customers professionally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly
sales targets
Resolve customer queries and objections effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies and international calling standards
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal and listening)
Strong
sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to work in
rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Customer-focused attitude with a target-driven mindset
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in international voice sales is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
US/UK/Australian sales processes
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
