Job Title: International Voice Process Agent

Location: Noida & Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Shift: Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs)

Cab Facility: Yes (Pick & Drop Available)

We are hiring International Voice Process Agents for our Noida and Gurgaon locations. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls for international customers and delivering excellent customer support while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound international voice calls professionally

Resolve customer queries related to products/services

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Meet performance and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria:

For Gurgaon Location:

Freshers are welcome

Excellent communication skills in English

Willingness to work night shifts

For Noida Location:

Minimum 6 months of international voice process experience required

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Skills Required:

Good verbal and listening skills in English

Customer-focused approach

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
